Transaction Cancellation Policy for Purchases Made on SMOOVEE's Website

Cancellation of a distance sale transaction is permitted according to the conditions outlined in the aforementioned legal clauses, summarized below for convenience. For the avoidance of doubt, in any case of conflict between this summary and the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All intellectual property rights in the website—including its design, software, applications, code, graphic files, images, videos, designs, texts, specifications, and any other content or information related to or appearing on the website—are the exclusive property of SMOOVEE and may not be used without explicit prior written consent from SMOOVEE. The use of SMOOVEE's trademarks is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

Cancellation Terms
A customer may cancel a transaction made on the SMOOVEE website within 14 days of receiving the product or a document detailing the transaction, whichever is later, by submitting a cancellation request via letter, online contact form, or email:

A customer requesting to cancel a transaction due to a defect in the product received, or due to a discrepancy between the product’s description and its actual performance, will be entitled to a full refund.

If a wheel detaches more than 14 days after receipt of the product, the customer will receive a replacement wheel at the company’s expense for quick and safe replacement.

In the case of cancellation not due to a product defect, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days only after the product has been returned to SMOOVEE.

Transaction Cancellation Will Not Be Permitted for the Following Products:

  • Products from which protective plastic wrap has been removed or whose packaging has been damaged.

All intellectual property rights in the website—including design, software, applications, code, graphic files, images, videos, designs, texts, specifications, and all other information—are the sole property of SMOOVEE and may not be used without permission. Trademark use is only allowed with prior written consent from SMOOVEE.
